The shorthand kwechiri file.kwe is equivalent to
run. check validates the module graph without
executing. compile writes
directly runnable JavaScript without executing it.
Exit codes

Output safety
- Program output goes to stdout.
- Diagnostics go to stderr.
- Compilation refuses to overwrite output without
--force. - Output compilation does not replace an existing file when compilation fails.
